Where: The avowr website and its Help Centre. This is a guided website assistant, not a signed-in application agent or a live support person.
- Select Need a hand?, or open the optional welcome prompt. Closing the prompt remembers your preference for that browser session; you can reopen the assistant from its button.
- Choose whether to explore avowr, find a guide, understand deployment, understand framework coverage or get support. Answer the short follow-up question to see relevant next steps.
- Follow a suggested guide, role reading path, platform guide or walkthrough link. You can also search public help with a short phrase. Unknown queries offer help search/support instead of an invented answer.
- Use Escape or the close control to return to the page. Focus returns to the launcher. Query text is cleared when the assistant closes; only session preferences are retained.
- An email action opens a draft only after you select it. Review the content and choose whether to send using your email application. The assistant itself does not submit an enquiry. The linked Get support page prepares a copyable summary to share through your agreed support channel; follow the support procedure.
Privacy and availability: The assistant uses browser-local choices and the packaged public help index. It has no model, paid inference, analytics, application account, tenant data or record-write access. Do not enter sensitive organisation or personal information. If guide search is temporarily unavailable, use the ordinary Help Centre navigation and retry. The standalone documentation site remains usable independently.
Complete when: You have reached a useful guide or next action. Framework guidance explains how to record your chosen requirements and evidence; it does not determine which laws apply to your organisation.
