The website and your workspace

The public website provides product guidance. It does not read or modify your organisation's application records. Sign in to avowr to use your authorised workspace. Your organisation controls access and its handling of records there; ask its administrator for the privacy and retention arrangements that apply to your installation.

Walkthrough planner and website help

The role guides and planner run in your browser. Your planner choices and the website helper's search text are not submitted to JPWTech or an AI service. Copying an agenda or support summary uses your device's clipboard. The website helper is guided navigation, not a live chat service.

An email link opens your own email application. You choose whether to send the message. If you contact JPWTech, we use the information you provide to respond and manage your enquiry. Please leave out passwords, credentials and unnecessary confidential information.

The Help Centre

Search runs in your browser against the published guides. Article feedback is stored in this browser only; it is not sent to JPWTech. The support form prepares copyable text for your agreed support channel. This website does not automatically submit a ticket, send an email or monitor your account.

Browser preferences

Your appearance selection and Help Centre feedback are stored in this browser's local storage. The helper remembers that its welcome prompt was shown for the current session. You can remove these values using your browser's site-data controls. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by the website.

The light/dark control initially follows your device. If storage is unavailable, a changed appearance applies to the current page only.

Hosting and connection information

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Delivering a page involves connection information such as your IP address, the requested address and browser information; Azure may process technical logs for delivery and security. The hosting resource is in East Asia and content can be delivered through Azure's global infrastructure. This is not a New Zealand data-residency commitment. See Microsoft's privacy statement for its handling of personal information.

Fonts, scripts and styles are served with this website. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party font services.

Official guidance and external links

Official guidance links take you to the original publisher. Those sites have their own privacy practices. The website does not send your planner choices or application records to those publishers. Check each source's date and applicability before relying on it.
