Who: Organisation access administrator. Entry: Access & identity > Access administration > Organisation.
- Select Add unit and enter the name, kind, parent and active state. Build parent units before their departments/teams.
- Select Add programme, choose its responsible unit and complete the programme details.
- Review the hierarchy and save corrections before making scoped assignments.
- Consider the effect before deactivating a parent: inherited access to descendants/programmes can be disabled.
Complete when: The hierarchy reflects the organisation and its active programmes. A category typed into a contract's Business unit field does not perform these steps.
