- Open the indexed source and compare suggestions against the source text/original.
- Resolve conflicting values and correct the review copy. Leave unsupported values unresolved instead of guessing.
- Select the acknowledgement that you reviewed the values, then Export review JSON if a review file is needed.
- Apply any authorised change to the actual record through its normal form/workflow and check history.
Complete when: The review output is traceable to its source and any actual record change is separately verified. Exporting a review does not update avowr or trigger a workflow. Changed record content invalidates its old index; use the index controls to rebuild derived search data. Original attachments remain authoritative.
