Available modules depend on your installed release, configuration and permissions. Ask your administrator if an area required for your work is unavailable.

Use global search to find a known record, then check its reference and parent before editing. Search and lists show the records your access permits. Clear filters if something appears missing. In the refreshed application, the desktop navigation pin keeps the sidebar open. At narrower widths, select Open navigation (the menu button beside search), choose an area, then reopen the menu for its sub-sections. Selecting a destination closes the menu. Escape or Close navigation closes it without changing the page. Scroll wide tables within their card to reach additional columns. The separate Compliance position leaves Today's operational KPIs unchanged. It supports reviewed assessments against a defined framework, scope and period. Neither workspace is certification or an automatic assessment of all organisational duties.

Appearance: Use the appearance selector at the top right to choose Light, Dark or System. System follows your device setting. A manual choice is remembered for this browser and installation, including across tabs; it does not change organisation settings or other users. The refreshed application assets are deployed to JPWTech; desktop/mobile and light/dark interactions were validated locally. Status labels retain their existing meaning. Analytics use soft fills with readable labels and outlines in both themes. Operational success, warning and error indicators keep their semantic colours; the risk chart guide in A01 explains the standard risk colours.

Layout: The wide-window alignment repair keeps page content on one shared left edge aligned with global search, including Access administration, Business configuration and Compliance position. Reading widths stay capped and wide tables still scroll within their panel. This repair was deployed to JPWTech on 26 October 2026 as application release 8954fd2; see the layout review (administrator reference). Dates with relative-time badges use a consistent stack: date first, badge below. Short record references remain on one line. Report tables expand or stack their cards as space allows; wide tables scroll inside their own panel. Dropdown controls reserve space for their arrow, and custom selection menus overlay the form. Dashboard accents use pale semantic colours with readable numbers; status meanings and calculations are unchanged.

Website help: On the avowr website, the avowr logo returns to the website home. Help Centre in the shared header opens the help homepage; the second navigation row contains Browse guides, Guides by role, What's new, Get support and Search. Article breadcrumbs, the topic menu and previous/next links keep you within the guidance. These website controls are separate from the signed-in application's sidebar.

The website, Help Centre and application share a brand palette and Light / Dark / System choice. Preferences persist within the same browser origin; a choice on the website does not automatically switch the separate application address. Risk and impact colours retain their meaning.
