- Open Radiation sources and record the source label/type, location, owner, registration reference/expiry and licence reference/expiry.
- Enter the last and next compliance-test dates and relevant notes. Attach evidence as appropriate.
- On renewal or testing, update the actual dates and evidence before applying a supported renewal/status action.
- Record decommissioning only after the authorised operational process and verify the saved state/history.
Complete when: All relevant dates are current and evidence supports the state. A Renew action is not a licence renewal submission and should not be used to mask unchanged expired dates.
