Maintain obligations and deliverables

C041 min readUpdated 28 October 2026
  1. Open Obligations, or the parent's obligation/deliverable section. Add or edit the commitment with its owner, due date, relevant parent and description.
  2. Set recurrence only when the commitment genuinely repeats. Check the first due date and interval.
  3. Attach or link evidence of delivery and record useful completion context.
  4. Use Complete when the obligation has been met, or the authorised Waive action when a documented waiver applies.
  5. For recurring obligations, check the next occurrence after completion. Do not assume a future obligation disappeared because the current one was met.

Complete when: The completed commitment has evidence, the status is correct, and any next occurrence has the expected date. Tasks are useful for preparatory work but do not replace the underlying obligation.
